Meet the Team

Blake Dwyer

Co-Founder

Prior to co-founding Kent Street, Blake was a Principal at Stonepeak, the largest independent infrastructure manager globally. During his time at Stonepeak, Blake led execution and management of over $16bn worth of transactions in the transportation & logistics and digital infrastructure sectors. Prior to Stonepeak, Blake was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan focused on power & utilities. Blake grew up outside of Dallas, TX and graduated from Duke University.

Tyler Deane-Krantz

Co-Founder

Prior to Kent Street, Tyler and Max co-founded and operated two businesses, Paws Up and Halo Recruiting. Paws Up is a multi-site pet services platform with more than 10 locations across the Southeast. Halo Recruiting is an overseas recruiting agency focused on finding and placing exceptional remote talent at US-based companies. Tyler began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs focused on consumer retail. Tyler grew up in New York, NY and graduated from Duke University. He currently serves on the Board of the West Side YMCA in New York City.

Max Feidelson

Co-Founder

Prior to Kent Street, Max and Tyler co-founded two platforms from scratch, Paws Up and Halo Recruiting. Paws Up is a multi-site pet services platform with more than 10 locations across the Southeast. Halo Recruiting is an overseas recruiting agency focused on finding and placing exceptional remote talent at US-based companies. Max began his career as an investment banker at Jefferies focused on healthcare services. Max grew up in Bedford, NY and graduated from Duke University. He currently serves on the Board of the Nasher Museum of Art in Durham, NC.
